Where can I buy the ticket?

Directly via this link, or alternatively on the ducati.com website in the section dedicated to World Ducati Week. Tickets are sold online only.

If I am unable to purchase a ticket online or use the code I have, can I contact someone by telephone?

Yes, you can contact the Vivaticket contact centre dedicated to WDW 2026 either by telephone on +39 051/4490044 or by e-mail: wdw@vivaticket.com.

What types of tickets are available?

Tickets are available in the Pass Biker (participant with bike) and Pass Visitor (passenger or participant on foot) formats, valid for one or all three days of the event. You can contact your trusted dealer or your president if you are a D.O.C. member for information on other discounts and benefits on purchases.

Can I participate even if I don't have a bike?

Of course, World Ducati Week is open to everyone, with events, shows and activities designed not only for bikers but for everyone. 

I am a biker, but I am coming without my bike. What experiences can I enjoy?

With the 3‑day visitor pass, you will be able to take part in all the activities included in the program, including the riding experiences, with the exception of the track free practice sessions.

Can I participate with a non-Ducati bike?

The WDW is open to biker of all makes and models. However, free practice sessions on the track are reserved for Ducati models.

I purchased a 3-day biker pass and would like to enter one day with one bike and another day with another Ducati bike. Is this possible?

No, you can only participate with one bike, whose identification number is associated with your wristband, which you must collect at one of the checkpoints indicated on your ticket. This allows us to ensure the safety of the bikes inside the circuit.

What activities can I do with a 3-day Biker pass?

With the 3-day Biker pass, you can participate in all the activities included in the program, book a track session (only for Ducati bike owners), and book experiences. The procedures for booking experiences will be communicated via email.

What activities can I do with a 3-day Visitor pass?

With the 3-day Visitor Pass, you can participate in all the activities included in the program and book dedicated experiences and activities. Basically, you can do everything except ride your bike on the track.

What activities can I do with a Biker or Visitor day pass?

With the Biker or Visitor day pass, you can participate in everything included in the daily program, except for track sessions and experiences.

I am disabled: can I book a free ticket?

Yes. With valid certification, admission is free for the person with a disability and any accompanying person. The ticket cannot be booked online and must be collected directly on site.

I purchased a ticket but cannot attend. What can I do?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal (Art. 7 of the regulations) or transfer it to someone else by changing the name on the ticket. To change the name on a purchased ticket, please contact customer service at 0039-(0)51-4490044 or write to wdw@vivaticket.com. To do this, you must have the ticket and provide the “First Name” and “Surname” originally entered, together with the tax stamp shown on the ticket. Both the purchaser and the holder of the individual ticket can change the name. On the day of the Event, at the Check-In Points, in addition to the ticket, you will also be asked to show a valid ID to verify your authorization to access the Event. If the ID does not match, you will not be able to access the Event and will not be entitled to any refund. 

Can I give my pass to a friend if I am unable to attend?

Yes, provided that the name has been changed through the Vivaticket assistance service.

Without a name change, it will not be possible to access the event.

Can I attend for just one day?

One-day passes are available online for access to the event on a single day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). One-day passes do not entitle holders to book track sessions or Ducati experiences. 

Can I bring the whole family?

Yes. World Ducati Week is a family-friendly event.

Children under the age of 18 can attend for a nominal fee of €1, but must be accompanied by an adult and registered at tickets.ducati.com 

I would like to make the trip together but don't know any other participants, how can I do it?

If you want to find fellow travelers, you can contact your local dealer or club, they are surely organizing group departures and stays.

How can I reach the circuit?

By car/bike via the A/14 Bologna/Bari/Taranto motorway - Cattolica exit.

By train via Riccione railway station, you can continue on to Misano Adriatico.

What is needed to access the circuit?

A personalized digital pass, valid ID and the official wristband, which must be collected before entering the gates.

Where can I collect the wristband required for entry?

The wristband for yourself and your bike will not be sent to you but must be collected at one of the check-in points before arriving at the gates.

The check-in point addresses and opening hours are indicated on the ticket.

Where can I find the WDW program?

The official program will be published on Ducati channels and communicated to participants.

Further updates will be available on the event's official digital channels.

How do I book Track Sessions?

3-Day Pass holders will receive a dedicated email with a link for online booking.

Track sessions are reserved for Ducati bike owners with a Biker Pass.

Participation is subject to compliance with the safety requirements set out in the regulations.

Are there any refreshment points?

Refreshment points and food trucks will be set up inside the paddock to meet all needs.
