Discover moreProduced as a numbered, limited edition of just 500 units, sold out in a few days, the Panigale V4 SP2 30° Anniversario 916 commemorates one of the most iconic and successful superbikes in Ducati history.
Commemorative Livery
The commemorative livery is inspired by one of the most beautiful Ducati race bikes of all time, the Ducati 996, a direct descendent of the 916 and the winner of the Superbike World Championship with Carl Fogarty in 1999.
Visit the page dedicated to design to explore the motorcycle’s unique details, now with a modern twist.
Carbon fibre rims
5-split-spoke rims allow for a 1.4kg weight reduction with respect to the Marchesini forged rims of the V4S. The most important aspect is the reduced moment of inertia, cut by 26% upfront and 46% at the rear. This translates into greater agility, less riding effort, especially in the changes of direction, and a greater tendency to hold the trajectory under acceleration.
Brembo MCS master cylinder
The Brembo master cylinder with MCS allows for convenient and intuitive distance adjustment with no need for tools. This adjustment allows the rider to adapt the feel of the front lever (from smooth to aggressive). The Brembo MCS system also features a remote lever reach adjuster, fundamental when riding on track.
STM Evo Superbike dry clutch
A distinctive element of Ducati race bikes, it offers an effective anti-hopping function even during aggressive downshifting, and a smoother ride during “off-throttle” stages, such as corner entry.
This clutch supports the use of Ducati Corse Performance Oil Powered by Shell Advance, which further heightens engine performance.
A 520 final drive chain reduces weight and friction.
Adjustable rider footpegs
Adjustable billet aluminium footpegs allow the rider to find the proper ergonomic position for their legs and optimize the bike’s lean angle based on the position. The standard DQS can be configured as either a traditional or racing shifter.
Ducati Data Analyser+
The Ducati Data Analyser+ is an electronic system that comes as standard on this model and allows for rider performance to be monitored in a professional way.
One of the main functions is automatic Lap Time, which provides two instantaneous split times for the track being ridden.
Track-ready equipment
A dedicated box contains the following components for track use:
• Carbon open clutch cover
• Carbon brake cooling ducts
• Aluminium fuel cap
• Mirror removal plugs
• Number plate removal plug
Dedicated to collectors
The Panigale V4 SP2 30° Anniversario 916 comes complete with a series of elements dedicated to collectors. These include the machined from solid steering head with model name and progressive number, the certificate of authenticity and the dedicated motorcycle cover.
Brembo MCS system
It allows the wheelbase to be quickly and conveniently adjusted in three configurations to personalise braking feel. The front brake lever is equipped with the "remote adjuster" device, which allows its position to be adjusted by turning a knob on the left handle, as on racing bikes. Finally, the brake and clutch levers are milled at the end to reduce air resistance.
