Food & Ride in Miami

“Life is about passions. And passion is what allows you to share emotions.” Massimo Bottura says these words with a smile and looking straight into the camera, right after parking a Diavel V4 in Miami. Next to him is Filippo Polidori, the Food Guru of the Italian culinary scene.

There it is, the red thread of passion, or rather passions: Motorcycles, music, cooking, and more. “Food & Ride in Miami” is above all the story of two friends who share the pleasure of experiencing the city in a free, authentic way.

Riding the Diavel V4, enjoying the 168-hp engine as much as possible and perfectly at ease in the role of co-stars in a setting that seems purpose-built to enhance its aesthetics, Miami lets itself be discovered in an atmosphere of pure fun that makes people want to travel and experience unforgettable emotions.

From Little Havana to South Beach, to the last stop: Torno Subito, Massimo Bottura's new restaurant, created precisely to mix his passions and transform them into emotions to be shared.

“Food & Ride in Miami” is a journey between authentic passions and iconic places, told through speed, energy and taste.

The protagonists

Massimo Bottura
Massimo Bottura is the Chef Patron of Osteria Francescana, a restaurant twice awarded first place in “The World's 50 Best Restaurants” ranking. Born in Modena and viscerally linked to Emilia-Romagna, Bottura lives the emotions of Motor Valley and over the years has become a true ambassador of the Ducati brand. Inside his “Playground” at Casa Maria Luigia in the Modena countryside there is a wonderful collection of Ducati motorcycles surrounded by works of art and objects that the chef is passionate about.
Filippo Polidori
Filippo Polidori is known as the Food Guru of the Italian culinary scene. He grew up professionally in the wine industry, but it was in the communication of the “Food & Wine” world that he found his consecration, being among the first in italy to grasp the potential of digital media. Today he works side by side with the most famous and award-winning Italian and international chefs and provides consultancy to numerous world-renowned brands.

Dare to be Bold

Muscular, sporty, exaggerated and elegant at the same time, able to magnetize attention in any context, Diavel V4 synthesizes seemingly distant technical, dynamic and stylistic features, such as those of sport nakeds and muscle roadster.
